Gas Compressors & Boosters

Gas compressors are equipment which decrease a specific volume of a gas in single or more stages resulting in increased gas pressure, whereas gas boosters are pumps which do the same job but in a much simpler way and with single stage of compression.

Vacuum pumps are equipment used to create vacuum for a process requiring less than atmospheric pressure. Various types of vacuum pumps are used in the industry, with dry screw vacuum pump being one of the most widely used in the industry.

Unlike other compressors, sliding vane compressors can handle all kinds of gases, including hydrogen, acid, sour etc. at very low power requirements and maintenance schedules. Technicas’ Rotary Sliding Vane Compressors are available in wide range with pressures up to 20 bar, and gas boosters come with capacities up to 65000 m3/hr and pressures up to 1.1 bar.

Technicas’ vacuum pumps are designed to fulfill a wide range of chemical and industrial processes. Rotating paired screws efficiently admit gases from inlet into the pump inside and compress through the screw’s swept volume toward the discharge. These vacuum pumps come in capacities up to 3500 m3/hr and vacuum pressures up to .014 millibar.

Technicas sliding vane compressors, gas boosters and vacuum pumps can be utilized in numerous oil and gas applications, biogas management, industrial process gas, and vacuum services. Complete system package can be designed, manufactured and delivered, meeting customer’s specific needs.
